Excellent service - came on time the next day and sorted out the problem despite the wasp nest being in a difficult-to-reach location. Wasps disappeared within a couple of hours.

Tanju was polite, friendly, flexible, responsive and efficient. He provided supportive advice and helpful suggestions. He demonstrated genuine concern and empathy and ensured our problem went away with minimum fuss or delay. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and family in the future.

Brilliant, top notch service. I can't think of any way Tanju at Sparta could of done better. He always responded quickly (just what you need when dealing with pests) and kept me informed of what he would be doing and when. He's very knowledgeable and patiently explained issues so I understood. I felt I could ask any question and was always responded to with respect. He's friendly, helpful and very understanding. The job got done and the pests have not returned. Brilliant. I recommend him highly.

We recently had some mice in our house and got in touch with Sparta. Tanju was quick to respond, explained the process, timelines, costs etc upfront which was really helpful. We booked him for a visit and he was incredibly reassuring and friendly (including with our dog). During the first visit, we discovered a mouse nest under the bath and sensing that I was a bit sad about the inevitable outcome, he could not have been kinder, more understanding or patient! Honestly, his whole approach made such a difference. We had three rounds of treatment and visits, during which time, Tanju kept in touch and gave us some helpful advice about ways to rodent proof our house a little more. The treatment was effective and we've 'rodent proofed' our house as far as possible to try to prevent any future visitors! Would highly recommend Sparta - 10/10.

Tanju was persistent in identifying where our unwanted guests were coming from and explained exactly what he was doing re poison positioning and why. Thorough professional that showed genuine care and always reachable.

After contacting Sparta Pest Control about our issue Tanju was quick to visit our property. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. But most importantly he sorted out our issue effectively. Really happy with the service, will certainly use again (if we need pest control) and would recommend to others.

Highly recommend Sparta Pest control.Tanju was able to come and assess our property promptly and over the Christmas period when the house survey identified signs of possible rodent activity.Tanju thoroughly inspected the property and honestly concluded that there was no sign at all of rodent activity. I cannot recommend Tanju enough. I was in such a state when I found a rodent in our house, and with a newborn baby I was even more anxious. He was so so kind, turned up within the hour, and didn’t leave til he’d caught the pest. What a fantastic service and a lovely guy who put my mind at rest. Cannot recommend Sparta enough, you have been my saviour today!

I noticed I had many wasps going under a tiled roof above my kitchen door. I contacted Sparta Pest Control and Tanju arranged a time to visit. He assessed what needed to be done, explained the process and checked if I had any questions. I’ve never had to sort wasp removal before and I found Tanju very easy to talk to. I also really appreciated the follow up contact from Tanju the next day, to check up on the wasp activity. Happy to report, so far, nil wasps. Tanju is a very professional and reliable pest controller. We had a rodent issue which he dealt with in a very timely manner. Unlike others, he then follows up with subsequent visits to ensure the traps etc have worked and the issue has been dealt with satisfactorily. Highly recommend Tanju 👌

Sparta came and dealt with an aggressive wasps nest in my loft the day after an urgent cry for help. They came exactly at the time stated, examined the area and tackled the nest. Quick and professional and promised would check back with a call in a few days to ensure no further problems. Highly recommended and thanks for looking after us.

We had an issue with mice in our property and contacted Tanju due to his positive Google reviews and word of mouth recommendation. He was exceptionally professional, responsive and thorough in treating the issue, even though it was quite a tricky one due to the nature of how the mice were getting into our home. Can’t rate Tanju highly enough. Enquired about his service, and within 24 hours I already had an appointment lined up. Came 3 times in total to check in on progress and provided very useful tips on how to deal with Mice in the future. Solved our issue straight away which I am very grateful for.
