Who’s Legally Responsible for Pest Infestation?

From a legal point of view, it would in all likelihood be the Landlord’s responsibility to make sure properties are well maintained and habitable.

Whilst there are a number of actions you can ask your tenants to take, to ensure that the property is managed (waste and food) appropriately and not providing an appealing environment for pests.
